Can we add video without booking full-day videography?
Yes. For £495, add your ceremony and speeches recorded in full to any photography package booked with Tom. Tom films these moments himself while also photographing your day. This add-on is not available with team photographer bookings.
Is the deposit the same for a standalone photobooth booking?
A standalone photobooth booking has a £150 deposit. The percentage payment schedule below relates to wedding photography and film packages.
What’s the difference between Tom and a team photographer?
You choose who captures the day; Tom edits every final image. Team photographers follow his structure and direction, with the same camera, lens and lighting setups.
How long do you need for family and couple photographs?
Family groups are usually organised around 40 minutes after the ceremony, so you have time to mingle first. Couple portraits take around 10–15 minutes while your guests are called to dine.
When will our sneak peeks arrive?
First Dance includes sneak peeks within three days. Full Day and Ultimate Photo include next-day sneak peeks.
When will our full photography gallery be ready?
First Dance: within four weeks. Full Day: within 21 days. Ultimate Photo: within 14 days.
What do we receive with a wedding film?
Full Day Video includes a teaser, a 60–90 second reel within two weeks, a 15-minute extended highlight film, ceremony and speeches in full, and a 60–90 minute full-length film. Completed films arrive within 12 weeks. Ultimate Video adds a three-hour photobooth and audio guestbook.
Is UK travel included?
Yes. UK-wide travel is included with the photography packages.
Can we print and share our photographs?
Yes. Your private online gallery lets you view, download and share your photographs, with high-resolution files and printing rights.
Is the photobooth included in Ultimate packages?
Ultimate Photo and Ultimate Photo + Video include five hours of the Retro Oak Photobooth. Ultimate Video includes three hours. Each also includes the audio guestbook.
How much is the deposit?
A 35% deposit secures your date once you have received your booking terms and invoice. Pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
When are the remaining payments due?
A further 30% is due four weeks before your wedding. The final 35% is due after you receive your sneak peeks. Your invoice and booking agreement confirm the schedule for your chosen services.
When do we finalise the plans?
Around four to six weeks before the wedding, Tom will arrange a venue meeting or video call to go through timings, group photographs and the final details.
Can we have drone footage?
Drone filming is available where the venue, weather and permissions allow.
