Privacy

When you submit an enquiry, your answers are stored in Typeform. Zapier processes the submission and sends an email notification to our business and backup inboxes. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss availability and services. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form. You can optionally tell us how you heard about us. If you have accepted Google Analytics, recognised campaign labels may accompany your enquiry to help us understand which website links are useful.

Basic website statistics

We automatically count page views to improve this website. Our counter immediately adds each view to a daily total for a public page. It does not create visitor IDs, use tracking cookies, fingerprint devices, or store individual browsing histories. It does not store IP addresses, referrers, URL query strings, enquiry details or submission identifiers in the statistics database. The totals stay with our website hosting service, Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure, and are not sent to Google or used for advertising. Ordinary hosting security logs are separate from these statistics.

You can stop this counting at any time, free of charge, using Stop basic statistics in the footer. We remember that preference in this browser. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and existing rejected analytics choices unless you separately enable basic statistics. These are page-view totals, not a count of unique people. Embedded services such as Typeform and Pic-Time operate separately.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics cookies help us understand page visits and contact-link use to improve this website. Visitors who have not already made a choice see a notice with equally prominent Accept and Decline buttons. Our separate basic page-view counter works automatically without accepting Google Analytics, and has its own Stop basic statistics control. The Google tag loads only after you select Accept; Decline keeps it off. We remember your choice in this browser. You can change it at any time using Google Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops our analytics events and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Enquiry form contents are not sent to Analytics. Our tracking code excludes query strings and fragments from page addresses, and Google’s email and selected personal-data query-parameter redaction are enabled as additional safeguards. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled.

Brochure requests

When you request a wedding or photobooth brochure, we collect your name, email address and phone number, together with the brochure requested, request date and the page you requested it from. You may also choose to tell us how you heard about us. If you accept Google Analytics, we may retain a recognised campaign label for this browser tab and attach it to your brochure request to understand which links are useful. We do not attach your contact details to Google Analytics. We use these details to fulfil your request and follow up about your plans and our services. Brochure requests are stored privately in our website database, not displayed publicly.
